Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and include any original packaging or tags.

Used or worn items are not eligible for return.

Opened items may be eligible for return if they have not been used, worn, damaged, or altered and are otherwise in original condition. Acceptance of opened items is subject to our review.

Certain items are not eligible for return, including final-sale items, personalized or custom products, and any other items identified as non-returnable on the product page.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at unforgettabold@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

We will review your request and provide return instructions if the return is approved. Returns sent without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Return Shipping and Original Shipping Fees

If a return is due to customer error or preference, such as ordering by mistake, changing your mind, or selecting the wrong item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

In these cases, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

If we approve the return of an opened but unused item, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can review the issue. If the return is approved for one of these reasons, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are not refundable when the return is due to customer error or preference.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at unforgettabold@gmail.com with your order number and details about the issue so we can make it right.

Return Approval

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the requirements of this policy. Opened but unused items may be accepted on a case-by-case basis following our review.

Applicable consumer-protection laws may provide rights beyond this policy.
